As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management with supportive therapy, as well as consultations for Spravato®️ (esketamine) treatment for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression.

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I approach care as a collaborative partnership. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs, goals, values, and experiences. Because those needs can evolve over time, my approach is flexible and responsive to each stage of your journey toward recovery, wellness, and long-term well-being. I emphasize both symptom reduction and prevention of relapse, with the ultimate goal of helping you achieve the highest level of wellness and functioning possible. My practice is grounded in a patient-centered, holistic approach that considers the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.

I am committed to staying informed about evidence-based, FDA-approved treatment options and incorporating innovative approaches when they may benefit my patients. For individuals whose depression has not responded adequately to traditional treatments, Spravato®️ (esketamine) may offer an additional treatment option. I am pleased to provide consultations and treatment services for Spravato®️ as part of a comprehensive approach to managing treatment-resistant depression.

Most importantly, I strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. My goal is to work alongside you to find an effective treatment approach that supports not only feeling better, but building a healthier and more fulfilling life.
