What services do you offer?

We provide comprehensive outpatient mental health care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including Spravato (esketamine) for Treatment-Resistant Depression. Our team works collaboratively with you to create an individualised treatment plan that supports your goals and well-being.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most commercial insurance plans. Our team can help verify your benefits prior to your appointment so you understand your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs. We are in-network with the following insurances. We also offer out-of-pocket rates (Initial evaluation: $300, Follow-ups: $175).

Do you offer in-person or telehealth appointments?

We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, depending on your preferences and clinical necessity. Telehealth visits are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant EHR platform called Dr. Chrono.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We request at least 48 business hours’ notice whenever possible. Patients are encouraged to cancel as far in advance as possible so we can offer that appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care. Late cancellations may be treated as a missed appointment. To cancel an appointment, please call us at 425-233-0431 or email office@opmhs.com

What happens if I don’t show up to an appointment?

Missed appointments without adequate notice may result in a no-show fee. The fee for a missed initial evaluation is $150, and the fee for missed follow-up appointments is $100. These fees help us offset the time reserved specifically for your care.

How do I request medication refills?

In order to submit medication refill requests, please call the main office phone line (425) 233-0431, email office@opmhs.com, or message us through the Onpatient portal. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

Can you coordinate care with my therapist or primary care provider?

Yes. With your permission (through a signed Release of Information form), we are happy to collaborate with your therapist, primary care provider, or other members of your care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. We follow all applicable confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal health information.

What if I am experiencing an emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We do not provide crisis or emergency services.
