Optimum Mental Health Services was established in 2013 with a commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care in a professional and supportive environment. As a women-owned and operated practice, we value integrity, collaboration, and clinical excellence in every aspect of our work.

We provide psychiatric care for children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults across Washington State. Our services include diagnostic evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy with our licensed psychologist, and advanced treatment options such as Spravato® for treatment-resistant depression.

Our team works collaboratively — both within our practice and with therapists and healthcare providers throughout the community — to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care. We believe mental health treatment should be clear, personalized, and grounded in research, while always delivered with compassion and respect.
